Things-to-do before departing to Malaysia
- pack things into boxes
- store packed boxes to storage
- buy gifts for family and friends
- have fun
- have lots of fun
That's a brief overview of how my remaining days in London would be like. Vague list (I know) but to tell the truth, the detail was ugly than you could imagine. The amount of gifts that people asked me especially by nenekku sayang was overwhelming and I was half-stressed rather than chilled.
The intermittent sun and rain didn't help either. Our plan to go to the park and cycle had to be put on hold so many times that I gave up on that thought. We stayed indoor, kept looking for any opportunity to cross as many things possible on the to-buy-list.
What are the ways to bright me-self up?
Foodie! I'd been imagining of lotsa donuts and a frappucino in my mouth. I actually could have gone and get some frap during that revision week, it's just across the road. I kept thinking that I needed a sugary and caffeinated reward after revising so much but, the fear. Have you ever got the exam fear that was so empowering that it glued you to your room though your brain can't take anymore words and in your head, you're screaming that a rest would be good? Maybe not maybe yes.
In the end, I never left. I just sat by the window wishing somebody can deliver the tasty drink to me. Today, I actually slurped the frap for real. The glazed kripy kreme was in my mouth for real. This was heaven on earth.
