Remember December

It's almost halfway through December, and I'm just about to express how happy I am that this month has arrived. I love December very much, not only because it's time for holiday, but it's the spirit of festivity in it. I can't find it anywhere or during any other time.

Fairy lights, gift boxes, christmas desserts, christmas sweets and foodies, german markets by the river, christmas trees and decor, sales, holidays.... The way people and the whole city transformed sets in the mode of festivity, and this brings a tingle of happiness.

Anyway, I just finished with my first ever clinical firm (missing the doctors in Broomfield) and done with the exam afterward. After all those ward rounds, juggling hospital-based learning to book learning, coffees, shambolic sleep cycle and studying-grouping via skype with my 'bestiest' friends, I had given my best though there some parts I regretted for taking them for granted. But this shouldnt stop here;

 So when you are free (form collective services), toil hard (in worship), and towards your Lord turn with eagerness. (Al-Insyirah, 7-8)

Life continues after each hurdle. And there's so much more to life that are up for grab. U're on the lose if you wish to sleep it off after every battle. With new year (Awal Muharram) mode is still around, and another new year of another calendar is coming around, better review your new year's resolutions. Have we become any better, have we learn more things, or masih di takuk lama?
