Finals must have (in the kitchen cabinet)

No more placement, I am stuck at home. Instantly my mind blossomed with food cravings. Arrived at the platform from my last ever placement as a medical student, I planned what to buy and what I could imagine myself munching on whilst revising. Fortunately, these crazy daydreams of munching on brownies and chocolate muffins or whipped cream on my coffee died out before I splurge my money in the grocery store.

I am medical student (about to become a doctor *fingers crossed* I am a health activist), I must eat healthily! With my weaken immune system (that comes with old age), I can't afford another illness episode in the next following week. Plus I am worried that my body will horizontally expand as it tends to do due to inactivity and my nature to resort to food when I am stressed.

Thus I swayed from the dessert rack to the green rack, the nuts rack, the healthy eating rack and found these few items essentials.

  • Green tea
  • Green leaves
  • Banananana
  • Nutty nut
  • Oat
  • Eggs
  • Rye bread
PS: Great amount H20 won't hurt, frequent trip to the toilet is a great excuse to take a break and circulate that pooling blood on your feet. :)
